Almost all materials can be marked with a laser. Laser markings are water-proof and wipe-proof and extremely durable. They can be created quickly, automatically and for individual applications.

Synlas have different laser series for a variety of marking tasks. Laser beam sources in the relevant wavelengths 1062/1064 nm (infrared), 532 nm (green) and 355 nm (ultraviolet) allow you to use TruMark marking lasers to process metals, plastics, glass, ceramics and organic materials. 

By applying multi-axis systems, the marking of complex components in several levels can be realized efficiently and economically.

The use of rotary axes allows cylindrical components to be marked omnidirectional. Company and product logos, barcodes, QR Codes or Datamatrix codes can be marked onto your products. Micro labels less than 0.2 mm round off our laser portfolio.

Permanent Product Marking

A laser beam, with its constant high quality, creates all marks, images and even data-matrix codes easily with annealing colors in the material. The surface does not change and can be steralized at high temperatures. No other method achieves this so easily.
