Nitinol Stone Baskets

Synlas Nitinol retrieval baskets are designed for grasping, manoeuvring and extracting stones or debris during surgical procedures. They are primarily designed for the field of urology, but can be customized to other surgical fields like ENT or ophthalmology.

For urology, different types of baskets are available: tipless, with tip and laser (co-axial); in different French/Charrière sizes (FR/CH).

All disposable devices are delivered either in a single pack (sterile) or bulk according to the customers' request. Synlas® Nitinol sterile retrieval baskets for urology are certificated with our own CE-marking.

Tip Retrieval Baskets

Straight and helical Synlas Nitinol retrieval baskets with tip consist of one single, slotted wire in order to provide increased radial forces. Excellent 1 to 1 movement of the basket facilitates easy stone capture.

Standard Tipless Retrieval Baskets

The no-tip design of Synlas Nitinol stone retrieval baskets permits the capture of calyceal stones even at the base of the kidney's calyxes.
